In collaboration with our parent company, Telus International, we’ve launched Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly.

Location & Flexibility

This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our offices in Boston, MA, Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, OH, Durham, NC OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected.

The Opportunity

Our Growth Marketer will drive awareness and generate leads for our newly launched enterprise-grade AI engine, Fuel iX. Our ideal candidate will have experience scaling and optimizing marketing strategies within the tech industry, particularly in solutions serving large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Align marketing strategies with product capabilities and market needs
  • Implement A/B optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectives
  • Work with content and design teams to manage the completion of content development and artifacts for publication

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully scaling and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with a particular interest in AI and enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to successfully partner and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
  • Experience with market automation and digital analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on market needs
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewarded
