The Opportunity

WillowTree's looking for a Talent Recruiter to help us grow and scale with top talent! Our Talent Acquisition team is made up of five pods. Pods are aligned with functional disciplines within WillowTree, and together support hiring across the organization. As a Talent Recruiter, you'd join one of the following pods: Engineering, Product, Project Delivery, or Commercial. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles within your pod, at times leading first-in-kind searches. You'll work closely with others in your pod, along with Talent Marketing to execute creative hiring strategies. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to execute an efficient hiring process and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our candidates. We’re looking for a recruiter who can flexibly pivot as business needs change, embrace new ideas, and offer ideas to constantly iterate on our existing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, often complex searches 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs 
  • Source and interview candidates to identify skilled talent who align with WillowTree's Core Values
  • Establish regular touch points and deliver diligent, timely follow-through on next steps, feedback, and/or decisions resulting in a seamless and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to set goals and prioritize WillowTree’s commitment of building diverse, equitable teams
  • Serve as a WillowTree brand ambassador by positively representing WillowTree’s employer brand and conveying our EVP to both passive and active candidates throughout all interactions (e.g. events, messaging, informational calls, interviews)
  • Use a breadth of tools and strategies to creatively find and connect with active and passive talent with a focus on proactively diversifying pipelines
  • Partner with Talent Marketing to guide campaigns, leverage non-conventional channels, and build awareness of WillowTree in new hiring markets
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and systems

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for roles related to one of the following: Engineering, Technology, Design, Digital Products, Project Management, Executive Search, Finance & Accounting, Analytics, and/or Business Development
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates in a highly competitive industry/market
  • Can balance high-volume reqs with reqs that require sourcing
  • Committed to sourcing underrepresented talent and providing an inclusive hiring process
  • Can establish consultative relationships and build trust with candidates and hiring partners
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing profiles and headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities
  • Understands the big picture of the organization and can translate into hiring plans and processes

Bonus Points

  • Experience with executive and/or director-level recruiting
  • In-house recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or design industry
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize data to influence hiring decisions and improve processes
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, Hiretual, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Textio
  • Experience hiring across multiple domestic and international talent pools
