Senior ServiceNow Architect
Contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent
Project at a major investment bank requires a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join their IT Security team delivering solutions that manage Access Management across the bank. As the ServiceNow Architect you will build a new platform as part of a global strategic project aimed at Access Management (PAM) controls and capabilities, with lead involvement in the ServiceNow design to homogenise the extensive access request forms for non-central directory services integrated applications.
Role Description:
- Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the ServiceNow design to homogenise the 7000+ access request forms for non-central directory services integrated applications
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and solutions
- Support Developers with technical build in ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and development of ServiceNow solutions according to requirements
- Deliver high quality ServiceNow code and customisation with documentation and testing
- Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles
- Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary
- Utilise all sources of information and collaborate with your colleagues to find the best solution for the customer requirements
