We're looking for a talented candidate willing to develop Finance skills to join Wildlife's FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Team in São Paulo.

We’re looking for a person to share our goals and challenges in the FP&A Team, being aligned with the company’s values.

This person will support our financial routines, analyses and reports, and act as a partner of the key internal leaders.

The main responsibility is to help us understand and define the best way to allocate the company’s resources, as well as develop potential saving initiatives and opportunities to increase efficiency.

What you'll do

  • You will be part of a fast paced team and will be directly involved in various activities;
  • Work proactively to understand our business and the financial processes;
  • Actively support on the analyses of financial metrics and accounting results, and develop analytic tools to assist and inform our leadership about their financial performance and plan deviations;
  • Work as a partner of our internal leaders to support in the financial business cycle (budgeting / forecasting, planning, results tracking and monitoring), with frequent interactions with members from the other Finance teams;
  • Update and maintain our financial databases to support the performance analyses and our presentations to the executive team and the investors.
  • Be one of the owners of the company’s defined strategy, helping to track its execution when converted to financials, the impact of new decisions and the Risks & Opportunities to manage

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing university degree with expected graduation until Dec-2026 in engineering, economics or related field;
  • Microsoft Office skills, mainly related to excel / google sheets;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Advanced level of English.
