We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Community Manager, to join Wildlife's team.

As the Senior Community Manager of our new games at Wildlife Studios, you will be a pivotal figure in driving the community strategy, overseeing the creation and growth of a vibrant player community, and maximizing player engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires your expertise and experience in community management to shape the game's strategy, increase community value, and convert players from competitor games. One of your key responsibilities will be to utilize social media effectively to exponentially grow the community of new games, leveraging various platforms to reach and captivate potential players. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our products, strengthening our player relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy, leveraging your deep understanding of the game, its competitors, and the target audience to foster a thriving player community.
  • Utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to create engaging content and connect with potential players.
  • Implement marketing techniques and campaigns to create buzz and generate excitement and create a community for the game’s pre-launch and post-launch phases.
  • Analyze and report on the content performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Moderate community content to ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive community for players.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align community initiatives and to ensure players receive timely and satisfactory assistance, fostering a positive player experience.

What you'll need

  • Solid experience in community management, with a focus on mobile gaming and a proven track record of creating and growing successful communities.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, including the mobile gaming market, competitors, and player behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement community strategies that drive player engagement and retention.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple community-related initiatives.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance community value and player experience.
  • Analytical skills, using data and metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
