Description of Role

Wild Alaskan Company (WAC) is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused, and data-driven Manager of Integrated Marketing to join the team to help drive growth and long-term brand loyalty. 

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Manager of Integrated Marketing is responsible for overseeing the go-to-market calendar and process, bringing together a variety of strategic and tactical inputs and coordinating marketing efforts across various stakeholders and channels to drive growth and ensure a seamless brand experience across the entire marketing funnel. They aim to collaborate cross-functionally to operationally align messaging, campaigns, and strategies across platforms—such as digital, social, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising—to build a unified brand presence that engages customers at multiple touchpoints and drives growth. This role will lead process and operational improvements to positively impact the efficiency of cross-functional workstreams.

The Manager of Integrated Marketing is a full-stack marketer who thrives in a startup/scale-up environment and has the ability to flex between the roles of project manager, marketer and tactician.  The ideal candidate has a combination of marketing experience that includes crafting full-funnel marketing campaigns to operationally managing and improving marketing and business processes. This person must be able to think big picture but also enjoy and be capable of managing the tactical and process details. Furthermore, a successful candidate has a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and is a cross-functional partner able to collaborate with different stakeholders at various levels to evolve WAC’s Marketing capabilities.  

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the lynchpin between the Marketing Department  (Performance, Channel Marketing, Engagement/Retention and Product Marketing) and Innovation & Brand Department (Brand, Creative, Brand Marketing  Content, and Product Innovation) to build and execute a holistic and integrated marketing plan.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to create alignment and support revenue growth, acquisition and retention, and enable cross-functional efficiency to deliver core KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating marketing initiatives and their impact effectively.
  • Work in collaboration with Senior Leadership to develop an integrated marketing strategy and process that aligns with WAC objectives and mission as well as the WAC Product Innovation roadmap. Oversee the implementation and management of the integrated marketing strategy as a lead and operator. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including, but not limited to Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Digital Product Marketing, Product Innovation, Member Experience and Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and execution across stakeholders.
  • Responsible for allocating the marketing budget and resources across multiple channels, optimizing spend to maximize reach, engagement, ROI and growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and channel owners — mass media, email, social, paid and new channels — to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, target audiences, and brand identity.  
  • Own the quarterly go-to-market calendar, leading a cross-functional team to strategize, build and launch marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-functional management and execution of promotional activities such as seasonal promotions and product price discounts. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the execution of an integrated channel marketing strategy that supports brand awareness, retention and growth.  Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the Brand, Creative, Email & SMS, and other teams.  
  • In partnership with Brand and Creative, coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience throughout the customer journey and across all channels.
  • Oher responsibilities and duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 4+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, including 2+ years in a startup or an agency.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.  
  • Proven success in full-stack marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in traditional and digital media buying.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers, managers and all levels, across the company.

The starting salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Wild Alaskan’s benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k, PTO, safe/sick time, vacation, parental leave and more, as well as a delicious box of free fish every month.
