ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
Drive project closeout
Collaborate with internal project team
Initiate drafts and coordinate project change procedures
Prepare various status reports in accordance with agency requirements
Audit and track extra work invoices
Streamline controls across project portfolio
Calculate and report installed quantities
Manage responsibilities across multiple clients and projects
Prepare IDR’s and DCR’s
Monitor progress of contractor’s work
Maintain various quantity books, daily logs, and other tracking tools
Mentor junior staff in project and procedural practices
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:
5+ year of proven experience working with regional transportation agencies or similar
Certifications, including IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
