Oh, hi there!
We’re so pumped you’re considering this opportunity to join our team.
We are taking some time to slow down in order to speed up. We’ll be taking a collective breather from March 20th - 24th, and will be back to our usual antics from March 27th.
Until we’re back to business as usual, we encourage you to take some extra time to polish your resume and cover letter, and put an extra something special into your application responses.
Our Talent Team is looking forward to jumping back in next week to review all of your thoughtful applications with as much delight as opening a fresh box of Who Gives A Crap toilet paper.
Not all heroes wear capes — but plenty of them use toilet paper

Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $10 million AUD (roughly £6.2 million GBP) to fund water and sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our ambitious team of 170+ work tirelessly to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re working to increase our annual donation tenfold and we won’t rest until everyone in the world has access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
Our brand resonates the most with consumers when they understand our unique story and mission. As we build out a dedicated team for the UK/EU, we are looking for our Field Activation Manager. You’ll work closely with the Commercial team to maximise distribution and our availability beyond our core DTC business. You’ll build, manage and motivate a team of field sales activators. You’ll meet or exceed targets across new and existing accounts while building strong relationships at store and regional levels.
Reporting to the UK-based Head of Commercial, you will forge strong cross-functional relationships across global teams to drive progress and build out best in class activations.
While hybrid hub model means we’re remote first, this role is field based and best suited if you’re in London with your field team. There will also be opportunities for some in-person connection and collaboration in a co-working space. We’re not immune to the effects of challenging time zones but we look to solve this by committing to some early starts or late finishes of collaboration “prime” time between hubs, no more than 3 days a week.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:
- Conducting training with your team to share your expertise of effective field sales
- Working on the activation strategy and how we best utilise the team to deliver company KPIs
- Accompanying your team on sales calls to help coach and maximise their performance in role
- Working with retailers to agree on show stopping activations
- Attending trade shows and speaking to new business prospects
Let’s talk about you
You’re excited by winning and growing business relationships.
You’re helping to ensure our brand is highly visible within the target market with best in class activations in London, with eyes toward the UK & beyond.
You have a commercial mindset.
You’re strong with numbers and you know what to do with them. You are deeply analytical and strategic but you’ve also had operational and commercial experience.
You have a ‘bias for action’ approach.
You have a hands dirty, getting shit done kind of mentality. You can strategically appraise what is a good opportunity, growing existing relationships and bringing in new business too.
You’re ready to build a team.
You’ll lean into your field sales expertise to build and nurture your team.
You are a great motivator.
You love developing a highly motivated team that achieves their best, impacting our availability up and down the streets and having fun along the way.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
Why should you work with us?
First off, there’s the feel good stuff. As a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. We also believe that helping to make the world a better place shouldn’t have to mean getting paid peanuts — it’s why we offer super competitive salaries, benefits like tailored learning and development opportunities, generous paid parental leave and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).
But you don’t have to take our word for it — our employees recently gave us our sixth consecutive Culture Amp engagement score of 90+ and we’ve been named one of BuiltInLA’s “100 Best Places to Work” two years in a row.
Have you made it this far?
If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.
