We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $10 million AUD (roughly £6.2 million GBP) to fund water and sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our ambitious team of 170+ work tirelessly to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re working to increase our annual donation tenfold and we won’t rest until everyone in the world has access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
As we build out a dedicated team for the UK/EU, we are looking for our Commercial Manager, Out of Home. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Commercial team to maximise distribution and IRL availability. You’ll lead the channel strategy in order to meet revenue, distribution and margin targets. You’ll identify and form relationships with the right distribution partners by setting up mutually beneficial commercial agreements that continue to drive our visibility. Reporting to the UK-based Head of Commercial, you will forge strong cross-functional relationships across global teams to drive progress and build strong partnerships within key channels in Out of Home.
While our hybrid hub model means we’re remote first, this role is best suited if you’re based in the UK, as there’ll be opportunities for some in-person connection and collaboration in a co-working space. We’re not immune to the effects of challenging time zones but we look to solve this by committing to some early starts or late finishes of collaboration “prime” time between hubs, no more than 3 days a week.

You’re able to clearly define priorities and build OOH strategies that gain support from the team by keeping communication flowing.
