We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Time Logging Control and Analysis
    • Monitoring: Continuously track how employees and teams log their
    working hours in Jira.
    • Analysis: Identify deviations from established standards, analyze
    trends, and prepare reports with insights for PM/HoD.
    • Communication: Provide recommendations to project PMs/HoDs and
    individual employees on adjusting time logging processes.
  2. Dashboard and Report Management
    • Report Development: Create regular and ad-hoc reports based on
    various parameters (time, projects, teams, tasks, etc.).
    • Dashboard Customization: Configure and optimize dashboards for
    convenient display of key performance indicators.
    • JQL Queries: Use JQL to extract detailed analytics and create custom
    queries tailored to team needs.
    • Financial & Utilization Reports: Generate reports on team utilization,
    profitability, and GM tracking.
  3. Jira Process Optimization and Automation
    • Jira Configuration: Implement and adjust system settings (workflows,
    fields, access rights) in line with business requirements.
    • Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions to simplify
    routine processes, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity.
  4. Data Analysis & Excel Reporting
    • Pivot Tables & Advanced Excel Reporting: Work with pivot tables,
    create detailed reports, and analyze data for management insights.
    • Utilization & Profitability Tracking: Monitor team utilization rates, project
    profitability, and provide financial performance analysis.
  5. Documentation
    • Develop and update documentation regulating Jira operations, time
    logging standards, and reporting guidelines.
  6. Data Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
    • Quality Monitoring: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data entered
    into the system and promptly identify deficiencies.
    • Process Improvement: Track the effectiveness of implemented
    changes, gather user feedback, and propose new solutions to optimize
    workflows.
    • Performance Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and
    develop strategies to improve them in collaboration with relevant
    teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience working with Jira (preferably as an administrator, analyst, or process manager).
  • Deep understanding of time tracking principles and workload management in project teams.
  • Skills in creating and configuring dashboards, reports, and JQL queries for
  • analyzing team and project performance.
  • Experience in implementing Jira automation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and SLA configuration is an advantage.
  • Experience configuring Jira Workflows, Custom Fields, and Permission Schemes.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, financial reporting).
  • Experience in preparing detailed utilization and profitability reports.
  • Ability to create and update documentation, including time logging and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large data volumes.
