Whiteboard Federal is seeking a Program Manager to provide mission-critical support to our customers. The Project Manager will support the development, deployment, and integration of a security/devops strategy into existing environments. The ideal candidate will work in a mixed technical environment and maintain productivity when switching between projects, business processes, and/or technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated programmatic excellence and well versed in strategic planning and tactical programmatic execution of state of the art technologies and IT applications, as well as a solid understanding of legacy systems technologies and challenges, experienced in actively managing software development program activities to include management of quality assurance, system administration, training teams, and development deliveries.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, to include creating feature roadmaps, release plans and prioritizing tasks across a disparate customer base, managing customer expectations, and working closely with development teams to successfully deploy enterprise capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing and structuring solutions to complex challenges, including the ability to plan projects, meet objectives, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies, manage schedules, and develop contingency plans.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing customers, stakeholders, and management (at various levels) on enterprise program capabilities and status.
  • Demonstrated experience with lean agile principles and techniques as well as traditional product management methodologies, and multiple project and requirements management tools (e.g., COTS, Open Source, Custom solutions).
  • Demonstrated experience defining measurable metrics to monitor progress and determine the return on investment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Program Management experience.
  • Experience dealing effectively with internal and external customers.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience creating program lifecycle documentation (as-is and to-be), effectively tailored for the program.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering user requirements, documenting and developing user stories, use cases and communicating effectively with the development team and stakeholders on intent of the requirements and importance across an enterprise user base.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects using Amazon Web Services such as EC2 or S3
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, prioritizing, and status-in technical, procedural or policy security solutions to resolve system/network deficits.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects using the modern web technology stack, (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript Framework, JQuery, Ajax, Cassandra, Datastax, Java, J2EE or XML).
  • Demonstrated experience in business process management.

Certification Requirements:

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) In good standing

  • TS/SCI+
