Intel Team Overview:

  • This role is a full-time role based at our New York headquarters, reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights
  • This team partners with cross-functional teams to understand and address their analytical, research and reporting needs
  • Team members synthesize large data sets, translating raw data points into actionable insights for internal and external clients
  • We are responsible for promoting data-enhanced decision making throughout the company
  • Analytics differentiates Whistle Sports, creating a powerful value proposition for the marketplace

 Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing proposals with the Whistle Sports Brand Partnerships and Business Development teams that effectively leverage data to drive sales
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design marketing campaign measurement/attribution tooling that enhances partnerships with clients and informs business decisions; pioneer best-in-class solutions for measuring the effectiveness of branded content
  • Take in, prioritize and address analytics requests from across the BD, Sales and Account Management teams; manage project allocations among team members
  • Oversee full lifecycle of analytics for client campaigns, including measurement setup, in-market optimizations and post-campaign reporting
  • Identify opportunities to increase client ROI through remarketing efforts
  • Develop key benchmarks to help Brands and Advertisers measure ROI of working with Whistle Sports
  • Present measurement strategy and campaign insights directly to clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns at an agency or in-house
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and translate multiple data sources (including sales data, customer data, primary research, third-party research and social media) into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in social media tracking & measurement: using native YouTube/ Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter analytics tools and third-party platforms to analyze performance
  • Expertise implementing and analyzing paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google Display Network
  • Thorough understanding of consumer behavior & business KPIs at all points in the marketing funnel
  • Wizard in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau/other visualization tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics and comScore
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales and account teams on analytics
  • Familiarity with branded content a plus
  • Understanding of market research tools like Google Surveys and brand lift studies
