  • You have experience in the Sports Industry and demonstrate extensive knowledge in the domain of sports sponsorship and activation
  • You have an existing rolodex of strong agency and advertiser relationships
  • You are a self-starter, detail oriented, and a team player
  • You enjoy managing a team and collaborating with others

Primary Job Description:

  • Manage a team of sellers across multiple levels of experience in your assigned territory
  • Coach your team and work to uplevel relationships and sales skills across the organization
  • Consistently meet/exceed management objectives and revenue quotas
  • Partner to help create, market, and roll out new products that will drive incremental revenue
  • Accurately forecast and report ad revenue
  • Proactively manage high level advertiser relationships across key agency teams, clients, and holding companies
  • Collaborate with sales development and account management team to ensure customer satisfaction, campaign completion and renewals
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on trends, issues, and opportunities within territory; collaborate with teams in other territories to develop best-in-class processes

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years direct selling experience to brands and agencies, with 5+ years experience in media, social, and/or sports
  • 5+ years experience managing and/or mentoring high-impact sales teams
  • Proven ability to quickly gain and maintain respect and trust from your team
  • Working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape
  • Excellent presentation, phone, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps Suite, and Salesforce
