Primary Job Description:

The Brand Partnerships Coordinator is an integral part of the Whistle Sports Brand Partnerships Team. In addition to providing sales and marketing support, this role will also include an administrative component in supporting the EVP of Brand Partnerships. 

  • Update sales collateral with up-to-date statistics and social media data
    • Draft campaign recaps and case studies
    • Compiling agency and advertiser contact information
  • Research current trends and articles in the industry, sending relevant articles to the team
  • Research pre-roll advertisements running on our channels
  • Preparing decks for the Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Working with the Community Development and Growth team on sponsorship opportunities
  • Maintaining team calendars and booking travel for the sales team as needed
  • Preparing for meetings by printing materials, arranging catering services, and registering guests with reception

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or other related field
  • Comfortable coordinating calendars, facilitating meetings, and booking travel
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp and MS Office/Google Apps, especially Powerpoint/Slides
  • Experience in Salesforce a huge plus
