Responsibilities:

  • Support Whistle’s in-house agency to respond to RFPs with strategic proposals for our clients inclusive of social media solutions, creative concepts, and talent & influencer recommendations. Creatively brainstorm campaign ideas with organic brand integrations that show a clear understanding and in-depth knowledge of the advertiser's marketing and content goals.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create compelling proactive sales materials and sponsorship packages by connecting Whistle’s research, insights, and past standout activations.
  • Assist the analytics team to identify powerful insights that prove why Whistle is the right content agency partner for prospective partners.
  • Organize our extensive library of insights and imagery into accessible, easy-to-navigate resources for the team at large.
  • Be a highly collaborative player who can work cross-functionally to draw out the best ideas between sellers and content teams.
  • Manage bandwidth: ensure the on-time delivery of multiple quality-controlled proposals every week.
  • Produce beautifully-designed marketing materials beyond RFPs, including one sheets, research highlights and case studies, all of which reinforce Whistle’s value proposition and build upon the brand’s visual identity.
  • Be a media and branded entertainment expert: flex your knowledge of branded content, marketing, sports and social media trends to inform ideas and consult clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • One+ year of experience in a full time role with a publisher, marketing or media agency communications role.  
  • An understanding of agency processes, including proposal development, creative production and digital builds. 
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Documents, and Sheets).
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) is a plus.
  • Languages spoken in addition to English are a plus. 
  • Strong writer with experience making ideas jump off the page in sales proposals.
  • Being a team player is a must – we help each other out, even when it means going above and beyond what’s expected.
  • A strong work ethic, keen to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where the only thing constant is change itself.
  • Highly organized with ability to seamlessly juggle multiple high-priority projects at once.
  • Strong analytical-concepting skills. You have the willingness to learn how to leverage insights from our proprietary research, case studies and more to inform the development of branded content across multiple platforms.
  • You demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and strong interests in entertainment, pop culture, influencer marketing, advertising and learning more about Gen Z / Millennials.
