We are growing fast and have no intention of slowing down. Our plan is to continue welcoming new team members at a rapid speed across our UK and US (LA, NYC, Charlotte) offices and seek a dedicated recruiter to drive and support the full life-cycle recruitment process, as follows:
Prioritizing multiple openings while also building a steady candidate pipeline for future positions.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through acceptance of a job offer, by providing timely feedback/updates.
Creating compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers, evaluating alignment of job requirements relative to title/salary.
Posting/promoting roles to internal careers site, social media sites, etc.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates to assess skills, experience and relevant knowledge.
Scheduling interviews with members of the hiring team.
Facilitating and administering offers, transitioning all relevant information to the onboarding team upon an accepted offer.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers (sources, time to fill, etc).
Remaining up-to-date with employment law (FLSA, EEO, etc).
Evaluate current employee referral program, revising as needed.
Five years' minimum experience focusing on recruitment, at least two in a media / publishing / communications organization.
Close partnerships with executives/leadership teams.
Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
