Responsibilities:
Proactively coordinate post-sales duties for assigned projects. Manage all aspects of advertiser campaign planning, launch execution, delivery, optimization, and recap
Act as the day-to-day client point of contact for post-sale support
Work with all internal departments (Production, Partner Management, Marketing, Ad Ops, etc.) on the development and implementation of client campaigns
Plan and execute branded content shoots while ensuring positive client experience and proper brand integration
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization recommendations
Develop and oversee campaign timelines internally and externally
Deliver mid-campaign updates, campaign recap, and provide meaningful insights
Serve as a positive role model with a strong work ethic and vigorously review all work to ensure a high-quality standard
Requirements:
5-7 years account management experience
Highly organized with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple competing projects at once
Proven ability to provide strategic oversight and guidance in the development of branded video content in collaboration with agencies and brands
Experience communicating with top tier clients with an ability to think quickly
Detail oriented
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Team player with strong work ethic, keen to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Process-oriented self-starter with excellent leadership and communications skills
