Whistle Sports in seeking an Analyst for Gen-Z Consumer Insights, based at our New York headquarters, reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
●Be Whistle Sports’ in-house professional Gen-Z’er; you will bring this audience to life by being tapped into social media, internet culture and teen influencer trends ● Leverage secondary research to create a thorough psychographic & behavioral profile of Gen-Z (what motivates them, how they make decisions, how they spend their time, what content they’re interested in, etc.) ● Understand the impact of current cultural trends on the purchasing/consumption habits of Gen-Z consumers (particularly males) ● Analyze quantitative & qualitative data on Gen-Z to ideate actionable business recommendations that help the sales, content and social teams drive revenue ● Own internal thought leadership for Whistle Sports: follow industry trends/research and disseminate key learnings to the broader organization ● Build white papers/infographics and drive external thought leadership for Whistle Sports ● Use existing data (publicly available or purchased/contracted) to help answer research questions; in absence of available data, partner with Consumer Research lead and agencies to design primary quantitative/qualitative research programs.

Desired Skills and Experience:
● 1+ years experience in media, marketing, advertising, consumer research or other applicable field ● Demonstrated ability to cull insights from across culture and the internet ● Ability to integrate and translate multiple data sources into actionable insights ● Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides
