Wheely is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from the initial chauffeur sign-up to their first journey with Wheely. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey.
  • Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline.
  • Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experience.
  • Act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with our chauffeur community.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role focused on outbound lead generation, Lead Qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills to handle multiple chauffeurs at various stages of the acquisition funnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage chauffeurs at scale while maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Availability to work at The London Wheely Academy in Syon Park for five days a week.
