As the Head of Partnership Marketing, you will lead the partnership functions, defining and executing strategies to drive business growth through robust, effective and high-profile partnerships. 

You will own partnerships, from identifying and sourcing potential partners to closing deals and and execution. This involves collaborating with various internal teams, including operations, product and customer experience.

Wheely has established impressive partnerships with notable events such as Royal Ascot and the Hurlingham Classic We are seeking marketers who can scale these efforts to all key events in the UHNW social calendar across our geographies. Additionally, we aim to explore new partnership segments that could be equally beneficial for Wheely, such as hospitality, private banking, or other relevant areas. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall partnership function in the UK, France and UAE
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Wheely’s core values and business objectives, enhancing our presence and performance in each market.
  • Drive business development, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for expansion and partnerships
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing primarily on event organizers
  • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting Wheely's culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share insights, best practices, and support Wheely's international growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably tech scale-ups)
  • 2+ years of building partnerships in events (sports/arts/etcc) or other segment relevant to Wheely (hospitality or banking)
  • 1+ years of experience managing people
  • Solid project management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Creative storytelling skills
