We are looking for a talented Operations Associate (Chauffeur Acquisition) to join us on our journey as we're growing rapidly and expanding our operations team to increase Wheely presence on the UK market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to take initiative to solve problems. Once Here You Will

  • Represent Wheely to the highest possible standard to our chauffeurs
  • Conversion of Chauffeurs Qualified Leads provided from within your assigned acquisition channels
  • Provide segmentation of warm & cold leads through screening to choose chauffeurs who link with Wheely standards
  • Propose Wheely as a solution fit to chauffeurs expectations in an intuitive and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate our proposition through calls and emails
  • Lead potential chauffeurs through the sales funnel until we are assured of their first journey with Wheely
  • Analyse key performance metrics to optimize your chauffeur pipeline
  • Communicate with operations and security departments to solve issues and ensure administrative activities are completed successfully
  • Share opportunities and successes with Wheely management

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in proactive sales or account management would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to manage a pipeline and multiple accounts in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
  • Basic analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure your pipeline performance
  • Experience using a CRM system is beneficial
  • Resilient in the face of challenges
  • Fluent English
