About Client Services:

The Client Services team has ultimate responsibility for the creative output of our campaigns and programs. Client Services will have a helicopter view over all parts of a collaboration and will work with the expert teams and specialist partners (both internally and externally) to bring a brand’s creative vision to life. This will include helping brand partners to access Whalar’s full suite of casting and production services to tap into the right communities in order to tell the right stories through the right voices. The Client Services team are the gatekeepers and guardians of the brands we work with. 

 

The team has three core functions: 

  1. Oversee client relationships, budgets and timings across any executional workflows
  2. Act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time 
  3. Facilitate retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards, and quality creative output

 

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Social Media: Operate with creators on multiple platforms to include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more. 
  • Creator Management: build strong relationships, flawless communications, creator briefing and immersion, onboarding & contracting, content gatekeeping, campaign analysis, proficiency on the Whalar Echo platform
  • Creative Briefing: Develop and issue creator facing briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development, includes moodboard development, template creation
  • Content Review & Quality Control: Work closely with the Client Services Manager to give feedback and approve on all creator content. Tasks include compliance checks for FCC protocol, IP, alignment with brief, creating an efficient feedback loop, and more.
  • Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign management, timeline management, budget management, data capture and wrap reports
  • Miscellaneous Team Support: Ensure campaigns and day-to-day operations run smoothly and adhere to timelines to include all administrative tasks
  • Act as a cultural pulse of all things creator economy - live and breathe social media, consuming and presenting back trends and new discoveries 

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Have 1+ years’ experience in the general creator and influencer landscape 
  • Have an affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus!
  • Have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Have a creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Be a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive in
  • Spoken/Written German language to a professional standard (or another European language)
