Operativas:

  • Punto de contacto (POC) y seguimiento de la infraestructura de TI del edificio.

  • Soporte en la ejecución de eventos del equipo.

  • Organizar 2 eventos centrados en los members.

  • Ejecutar MIMOs con los Community Leads

  • Asegurar la carga correcta de add-ons en Spacestation y la actualización continua de los archivos de estacionamiento.

  • Owner del correcto uso de presupuesto de  eventos, administrarlo y carga correcta de facturación.

Comerciales:

  • Atención a cuentas BoB de 1-6p (Onboarding, Check Ins, seguimiento, saldos pendientes y upgrades).

  • Ventas y upgrades de All Access.

  • Asistir a tours  presenciales de 1-3p y All Access.

  • Incrementar los ingresos adicionales - add ons (enfoque en eventos, estacionamiento y domicilio fiscal).

Soporte en Front Desk:

  • Activación de tarjetas.

  • Manejo de paquetes entrantes y salientes.

  • Asistencia a visitantes, seguimiento de tickets, correos electrónicos y correspondencia.
