Digital Marketing Sr. Lead

WeWork is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and leading project lifecycles around our new digital initiatives, regional sales funnel, regional channels and content strategies (SEO, blog, webinars and website management, digital acquisition channels, among others). This includes acting as the owner for different departments and teams, focusing on planning, tracking, coordinating and driving not only digital projects for new and BAU initiatives, as well sales ops metrics, marketing OKRs, ICPs and impacting with new ways of generating efficiency in clients' journeys. Reporting to the Regional CEO and connected to WeWork local and global teams, you will serve as the lead for LATAM. This is a highly visible position that will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the company.

What you’ll do
Plan and organize the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on work to project management, holding yourself and your team accountable for hitting goals and KPIs from the company;
Create the growth marketing plans and unfold it with regional and local teams, including Technology, Product, Territory Marketing and Data teams, ensuring the execution accord to the timeline that you planned always considering the major company goals;
Manage and plan our Channels strategy focusing on maximizing efficiency and achieving company sales Goals. Creating a digital communication plan for each channel and ICPs according to the product portfolio;.
Handle expectations internally, leadership and other stakeholders, regarding growth marketing plan and project schedules, resourcing, budget, metrics and other KPIs;
Understand and communicate changes to requirements or blockers to progress
Manage and optimize budget, finance overview and internal tools as well tracking systems to provide transparency into overall Customer Journey
Manage relationship & project plans with external vendors;
Actively work on improving information sharing and process documentation;
Communicate updates to the central and regional teams about digital marketing objectives and progress;
Assist your Growth Marketing team of which you are responsible with operational support, including submitting requisitions, handling major vendor, onboarding new systems, reviewing the plan execution;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
Spanish and English speaker.
+6/7 years experience in digital marketing (Bonus points for experience at a startup or high-growth company, media agency and/or Digital Retail/B2B experience)
+1/2 management position

Excel knowledge of Paid Media, Web Analytics and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, among others)
Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
Experience in real estate or technology preferred, but not essential
