Primary Responsibilities

  • Support of all treasury areas focusing on Mexico - cash and liquidity management. Long, medium and short term cash flow forecasting, payment processing.
  • Perform daily cash operations that require funding between accounts and subsidiaries
  • Reconciliation of the vendor payments, including reverting the bounced payments.
  • Responsible for payment processing according to a time table, schedule and business needs.
  • Support treasury systems and banking implementations. Maintain good current bank relations. Bank account openings and payment/collection types details with main banks.
  • Uphold global treasury processes for operational efficiency; perform tasks in accordance to the internal compliance regulations
  • Insurance Process details (Property, Cyber and Liabilities)
  • Lease Guarantees
  • ERP System implementation (Treasury module)
  • SOX/Compliance/Treasury Policies
  • Entity Dissolution
  • Operational day to day and implementation of different funding mechanisms between Wework entities. Detail transactions and keep the books up to date correctly.
