WeWork is designing and building Hardware systems and devices to instrument and control our spaces and those of our partners.
Manage and keep inventory of lab test hardware, equipment, parts and workspaces
Understand detailed PCB schematics, system diagrams, PCB layouts, etc.
Work with external contractors to manage small-run production
Work with HW engineers to build, test, and rework components
Perform validation tests to verify HW components and product designs
Perform root-cause failure analysis on HW/FW issues
Experience with electrical measuring tools - DVM, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
Ability to modify board-level schematics and layout using CAD tools
Ability to solder SMT component down to 0204 (Imperial)
Experience with soldering iron, hot air gun, microscope, reflow oven
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Past experience with using Cadence ORCAD and ALLEGRO CAD tools
