UK Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships:


Teem’s UK Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships will develop, service, and grow an engagement strategy with target enterprise partners to establish an innovative, integrated presence in the UK market.  This person will build the pipeline for Teem’s workplace experience offering together with key strategic market-leading partners, such as hardware and software solution providers in the smart office space, global IT solution and service providers, and global Resellers and Distributors in the UK that are leaders in driving and transacting business across EMEA.


This role will report to the VP of Business Development and Partnerships at Teem.


How you will succeed in this position:

  • Ability to effectively engage with C-level partner and enterprise customer leadership team members
  • Establish short- and long-term engagement strategies with partners’ leadership teams
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop a go-forward plan with relevant market leaders in software, hardware, IT advisory and managed services, resellers and distributors that aligns with Teem’s global strategy
  • Be seen as a reputable workplace experience technology advisor to Fortune 100 leaders in global real estate, facilities management, IT and HR
  • Present at regional trade shows to drive awareness of Teem + WeWork + strategic partnership solutions
  • Drive awareness of Teem and WeWork within partner organizations
  • Effectively represent Teem at enterprise client meetings together with strategic partners
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels
  • Recommend and drive workplace experience platform and service enhancements to improve enterprise customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate effectiveness of partner programs, look for areas of improvement and drive the those improvements
  • Report status of UK strategic partner business to Teem business owners and engage in running the business effectively



  • Ability to effectively engage with C-level partner and enterprise leadership
  • Effectively negotiate and structure partnerships in the best interest of Teem
  • Deep understanding of the UK market, trending market direction around the workplace experience, and ability to gain forum with real estate, facilities management and IT business leaders within enterprise organizations
  • Deep expertise leveraging workplace tools to track and present on status of partner engagements (i.e., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SFDC) with an emphasis on strategic analysis and execution leading to increased revenue
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Travel 25%



  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution required, MBA or equivalent graduate degree Preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of strategic enterprise partner and customer engagement experience with proven track record of setting and exceeding goals
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business model
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
