WeWork’s Partnerships Team is focused on creating meaningful partnerships that add value to our Members and generates commercial revenue. We leverage internal physical and digital channels to create integrated marketing opportunities for our partners to access and engage with our members. Partnerships include B2B and B2C service platforms & products made available to our member base. The purpose of the partnerships is to optimize members' lives while in the office or at home.
The Role: The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full delivery of omnichannel partnerships and supporting the Director of Partnerships on projects to ensure seamless execution for our partners.
Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the execution of assigned Partnership deals, from handover through completion ● Fully own the end-to-end delivery program, with the support of the Director of Partnerships as needed ● Enterprise client facing with the ability to work directly with key client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle ● Support strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, Comms, Ops, Community, and Billing as needed to ensure seamless delivery
● Support the Partnerships sales team throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment on delivery needs and prepare accordingly ● Maintain all reporting as necessary for full alignment of all relevant stakeholders Qualifications: ● 5-7 years experience in a Project Management, Revenue Generating Partnerships, or Operations role ● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead the successful delivery of projects ● Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and PPT / Google Slides
● Organized, accountable, attention to detail, and excels in a fast-paced environment
