Provides expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results. Oversees and manages the integrity of data. Experience in tracking effective metrics, identifying trends / forecast and providing solution and recommendations. Position must have the ability to analyze and interpret data to assist in decision making.
Education/Training & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience or related field.
Proficient use of tableau or Power BPI, SQL report writing, dashboard and automated report creation and Excel.
Experience in creating reports from multiple systems
Experience in tracking effective metrics, identifying trends / forecast and providing solution recommendations.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to assist in decision making.
Ability to look at correlations between people data and business data.
Ability to interpret and present data in a clear, articulated manner.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Works with the revenue cycle and operations leaders to create reports and dashboards that will enable the clinic to report patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
Assist leaders to establish productivity metrics/ FTE levels and weekly metric reports
Data reporting for clinical efficiencies, financial performance and established key performance indicators.
Reviews and analyzes data to monitor trends, identify potential gaps, and evaluate data issues.
Integrates data from multiple systems and tools, creates charts, graphs and other visual tools to analyze, identify and present important trends and emerging issues providing insight to leaders.
Develops and implements data collection tools and other measures that optimize efficiency and data quality.
Performs other job functions as requested.
Supervision Provided by this Position:
There are no lead or supervisory responsibilities assigned to this position.
The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
Must have good balance and coordination.
