  • Proficient use of tableau or Power BPI, SQL report writing, dashboard and automated report creation and Excel.
  • Experience in creating reports from multiple systems
  • Experience in tracking effective metrics, identifying trends / forecast and providing solution recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to assist in decision making.
  • Ability to look at correlations between people data and business data.
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a clear, articulated manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Works with the revenue cycle and operations leaders to create reports and dashboards that will enable the clinic to report patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Assist leaders to establish productivity metrics/ FTE levels and weekly metric reports
  • Data reporting for clinical efficiencies, financial performance and established key performance indicators.
  • Reviews and analyzes data to monitor trends, identify potential gaps, and evaluate data issues.
  • Integrates data from multiple systems and tools, creates charts, graphs and other visual tools to analyze, identify and present important trends and emerging issues providing insight to leaders.
  • Develops and implements data collection tools and other measures that optimize efficiency and data quality.
  • Performs other job functions as requested.

  • There are no lead or supervisory responsibilities assigned to this position.
