We’re looking for an Associate Producer to work with the social team in the creation of short form videos for Red Table Talk, our multi-generational TV series on Facebook Watch. Key responsibilities include pitching original concepts for Red Table Talk social platforms and executing from ideation to creation, managing the RTT social calendar, working with external agencies on social execution and strategy, working closely with editors, and producing A-List Talent. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.  You possess strong creative instincts and organizational skills. You have a working knowledge of production and editing, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking in proactively problem solving.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Create elevated social concepts that align with the RTT voice. Identify, collaborate and cultivate relationships with talent, producers, editors, and external partners. 
  • Work closely with editors and graphic designers on a weekly basis to produce social content, episode thumbnails, and other graphical assets.
  • Coordinate and update various internal departments with information required to successfully launch and maintain weekly show content.
  • Track and route assets for internal approvals to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep a pulse on trending topics, social trends and ideas
  • Spearhead the social calendar detailing information on topical events/dates.
  • QC all social assets and clip captions posting on RTT’s platforms
  • Ideate and execute on RTT social strategy during show hiatus
  • Pitch original content ideas

Who You Are: 

  • 3+ years experience in digital media. Entertainment background is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Avid, Premiere, or similar editing software
  • Strong written & verbal communication; must possess the ability to approach each circumstance with situational-appropriate tone.
  • Ability to professionally interact and communicate with executives, writers, talent, etc.
  • Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects and demands concurrently.
  • Strong time management and creative resource capabilities.
