We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sr. Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing company. You will succeed in the role if you are energetic, self-motivated, with a go-getter attitude and possess a wide network at the Console and PC gaming segment. If you have a good understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and possess a  natural sales personality, apply it taking the full charge of developing a new direction within our organization.

 

What we expect from you in this role

  • Creating valuable, relevant, new relationships with large brands and agencies within the gaming console, PC
  • Building a strategic approach in identifying sales opportunities and managing gaming clients (direct brands or via agencies)
  • Meeting established monthly and quarterly team goals
  • Identifying upcoming trends, upcoming platforms and deliver the sales strategy
  • Tracking the industry and market trends in the PC/video console markets
  • Taking ownership from the first stage of Sales to Account management, building long-term business relations (ie. the establishment of campaign prioritization, launch plans, budgeting, etc.)
  • Being a proactive team player to coordinate the campaigns between internal teams and clients
  • Taking a part in gaming conferences and exhibitions, being ready to travel to clients

Must-haves 

  • 3 - 4 years of related successful business development or sales experience within the PC/Video Console gaming market 
  • An established network of gaming clients (via agencies/ game distribution or media/streaming platforms at the Console & PC gaming industry) that you can bring along
  • English fluent, a second EU language is a plus
  • Previous sales experience in a media or gaming agency or working closely with Console gaming  clients is necessary
  • Self-motivated and always ready to go the extra mile to achieve over the top results
  • A sales personality with a charming and clear communication style and the ability to build trusting long-lasting relationships
