We are starting up a new business unit and looking for a User Acquisition Manager with experience in scaling mobile traffic of social media campaigns for hyper-casual games.This is a high impact role for us, in which you will have the opportunity to define the overall UA strategy and to execute, manage and scale our ad campaigns and bring in millions of gamers from around the world. 


What we expect from you in this role

  • Developing the overall user acquisition road-map, defining strategy and success KPIs
  • Launching, optimizing and scaling user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Instagram as well as multiple other channels and geos to meet KPIs
  • Optimizing and testing creatives to improve campaign performance
  • Digging deep and providing insightful analysis of our UA spend and its results
  • Exploring and developing new media buying opportunities through campaign trends, analysis, and industry insights to acquire high quality users

What you should have accomplished so far

  • 1+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns and/or media buying for mobile games or other large-scale social apps is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets and complex data analyses
  • Experience in testing different creatives (banners, playable ads, etc.)
  • Experience in scaling Instagram and Facebook mobile traffic for apps, esp. games
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Applying a blend of a creative and metrics-driven approach to effective problem-solving
