Our why is to help companies provide better customer experiences by dealing with staffing issues faster than ever. 

Weploy is a tech-driven staffing solution that helps companies like Bupa, Super Retail Group and Medibank hire Customer Service people faster and easier than the traditional way. 

We started as a temporary recruitment platform that provided pre-vetted, experienced, and ready to go Weployees who could be hired via our in house built platform. We’ve since expanded our platform and services through our organic growth to help across permanent recruitment, payroll as a service and white labeled technology.

About the Role

You will join our Growth team who are focused on expanding the Weploy offering to some of the biggest (and smallest) businesses in Australia that have Customer Service Teams.

  • Hunting and activating new mid-market to large companies onto the Weploy platform through outbound prospecting.
  • Managing the ongoing relationship of the activated business.
  • Conducting the full end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Prospect, hunt and identify key stakeholders to talk into the benefits of using Weploy for their recruiting needs.
  • Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, this is a sales-only role. There is no recruitment.
  • Providing insights and guidance to the Talent team around market conditions and future client needs, as well as tracking all activity within Weploy’s CRM.
  • Following the Weploy sales process and ensuring that prospects that are activated into Weploy, are in line with the Ideal Client Profile.
  • Evangelising the Weploy product as well as the overall recruitment market conditions.
  • Building a genuine relationship with clients and championing their journey with Weploy. Following up placements and ongoing care of Weployees.
  • Working in a team environment to deliver a common goal.

About You

  • Must have: B2B experience selling into mid market & large enterprises
  • A people person. You love networking and building real, meaningful relationships with the people you work with both internally and externally.
  • You take accountability and ownership for prospect and client requirements, projects and team deliverables as directed by your manager.
  • You’re a numbers person. You understand the importance of activity within sales, specifically calls, linkedin messages, emails, follow ups and Face to Face meetings.
  • You’re results-focused.
  • You’re a builder. You’re interested in playing a major role in growing a business.
  • You’re an industry thought leader, providing market insights to clients and prospects.
  • You’re a team player. You understand that success is easier achieved as a team than individually. When one of us kicks a goal, we all score.
  • You’re able to navigate through Enterprise businesses and understand who can be a Weploy Champion, Stakeholder or Decision Maker.
  • Recruitment knowledge is a bonus but not a must.
