We're looking for resilient, enthusiastic, customer oriented individuals who have strong experience in phone-based customer service.

Our roles vary from a couple of days, to a couple of weeks, to a few months to permanent! The majority of roles are casual contracts with  full-time hours, starting at $30.63 p/hour + super.

The Role?

This is an admin-heavy role, with 70% tasks being administrative centric and about 30% general customer service over phones and emails. The client is one of the leading luxury car manufacturers.

Role: Logistics Administrator

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months temp to perm role (performance based)

Location: Laverton North VIC 3026

Pay: $32.69 an hour + super

Working arrangements: Training will be on-site, hybrid working thereafter (2 days WFH and 3 days on-site)

Working hours: This is a full time role. Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5 pm (flexible on the start and end timing i.e. if you start at 7.45 am, you can log off by 4 pm)

Tasks: Ensure all customer enquiries are completed promptly, coming through the customer support phone line or email inbox. Including:

- Order ETA’s

- Freight tracking and POD enquiries

- Dealer to Dealer Transaction and Transport requests

- Stock Checks

- Photo requests

- Freight quotations

- Error rectification

* Assist all departments (local and international) with logistics and supply chain matters from the LC in line with Logistics and Supply Chain education and experience

* Provide timely support to issues raised with a customer-orientated mindset and approach to all tasks.
