What's the job?
You'll be working for a Nationally renowned organisation within the Energy Sector answering queries and putting your Customer Service skill to good use!
Options to work from home following training in the Perth office, in the heart of the CBD, you'll work in a supportive team environment where people come from all walks of life!
- $30.60 per hour + super
- Monday - Friday positions with optional Saturday shifts available (rotating roster between hours of 8-9pm)
- End of June/ early July starts
- 3 months with high chance of extension thereafter
- Onsite training (first two weeks) then working remote
- **must be triple vaxxed or be willing to attain booster as its onsite**
- Respond to customers’ incoming calls and online enquiries
- Deliver a first call resolution through understanding customer needs
- Previous Customer Service experience desirable, particularly within a high volume phone based setting
