Your Role:

Working for an exciting start-up where you'll play a valuable role in providing an exceptional customer experience as you champion inquiries for an innovative, solution driven Australian business.  

  • 3 months FT role then perm 
  • Located in Cremorne close to public transport! (must be fully vaxxed as its onsite) 
  • Pay: $28.53 an hour + super
  • Mon - Fri hours (8am-5pm)
  • Training: first 4 weeks in office for training, and then move to 2-3 days from home, 2 days onsite

Daily tasks include:

  • Handling email and intercom queries 
  • Processing water requests
  • Sending/chasing info from customers and suppliers 
  • Entering customer details into the CRM system accurately (must be tech savy and possess a strong ability to pick up systems quickly)
  • In true start up style you'll be highly capable of rolling up the sleeves and tackling tasks head on!
