We're looking for resilient, enthusiastic, customer oriented individuals who have strong experience in phone-based customer service.
Our roles vary from a couple of days, to a couple of weeks, to a few months to permanent! The majority of roles are casual contracts with full-time hours, starting at $30.63 p/hour + super.
Our client is one of the most reputable luxury car manufacturers in the world. They are looking for a new Customer Service expert to join their vibrant contact centre team, who are committed to providing an exceptional service.
- 12 month contract ASAP starts
- FT hours: Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm (will work one Saturday every 5 weeks and be given a midweek day off)
- Inbound centre position for service related queries, handling complaints and general inquiries across the Retail network
- High volume phone and email based customer service
- These queries will be related to vehicle finances so you will get the opportunity to learn and up-skill various Finance products
- General admin/data entry tasks: updating policies, bank details - knowing how to multi task is a must!
- May have opportunity to progress into various departments down the line eg. customer service, hardship team, collections, retention and more!
- 4 weeks onsite training & support (must be double vaxxed as you will be onsite at times)
- $30.63 p/hour + super
- Full time availability

- Multi channel and multi-tasking capable (responding to calls and emails, navigating through multiple systems simultaneously).
