What’s the job?

As a Customer Experience Representative you will work for a fast moving and innovative Tech based company based in Sydney. This role is due to start immediately on a temporary basis, with a view for permanency for the right candidate. 

Day to day duties and responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via chat, email or phone
  • Promptly answer queries from customers using the service. 
  • Work with the broader team to ensure continual company growth
  • Onboarding new customers so they’re ready to go live on listing platform
  • Streamline processes, and really make your role your own!

What we’re looking for:

  • A great communicator with at least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • You want to work for a Startup, and really have your ideas heard. 
  • You’re a great problem solver
  • You love Tech.
  • You’re resilient, and can move in a fast paced environment.
