As a ‘Weployee’ (casual employee of Weploy) you join our community of individuals who are passionate about customer service and can hit the ground running in any organisation.
Are you wanting to get back into the full-time workforce? Do you need a bit of spare cash before travelling? Have you found yourself unemployed and need to pay the bills? Our Weployees come from all walks of life, and all have equal access to the same full-time opportunities.
We undertake interviews and compliance checks on behalf of clients so you can start new assignments ASAP! Once successful, you'll have access to a variety of temporary Customer Service job assignments at your fingertips.
Roles are automatically matched to your skills, experience, location and availability, and are sent directly to you via our mobile Weploy app.
Our team will support you from your first assignment, to the next, to the next, and so on!

Outbound roles can include:
- Outbound customer service or sales contact centre positions (1 year experience minimum)
- Debt collections
- Retention or disconnections
- Appointment setting and scheduling
- Pay: starting from $29.88 an hour + super
