Job Description:

As the Product Manager of Wellist’s Patient Solutions, you will oversee all aspects of tactical product delivery and execute product improvements that drive success against our corporate goals. The Product Manager is responsible for delivering a first-class user experience by driving impactful enhancements to Wellist’s digital platform, including but not limited to our personalization algorithm, UX/UI, and new functionality.

You will utilize appropriate resources to develop a concrete product plan, test that plan, and ensure that product milestones and KPIs are delivered with excellence for all functional product areas – the personalization algorithm, internal database, and external platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Define a product roadmap to deliver a best-in-class patient solution - Outline critical priorities for the next 6-12 months and achieve alignment with the organization to support go-to-market activities

User-centric focus / design - ensure the UX/UI, personalization algorithm, and resources fully support the product definition and strategy by exploring stakeholders’ needs, our market, business model and economics

Define – in detail – the product that the engineering team will build - translate product roadmap and high-level business/product requirements into clear engineering deliverables; manage a prioritized backlog and align stakeholders on path forward (e.g. sprints, quarterly reviews); launch new products and features with detailed and thoughtful testing approach

What we need from you:

  • Background in building, managing and iterating personalization algorithms to ensure high-performing platform
  • Experience in product management at an early-stage company
  • Adept at working in an agile environment with talented engineering teams
  • Experience leading consumer-facing products across various healthcare verticals and/or e-commerce platforms
  • Practices design thinking. Experienced in human-centered design and comfortable leading team to creative design solutions
