Job Description

Wellist is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Experience Strategy and Design team. This individual will be a key part of delivering outstanding solution design and advisory services to our top-tier hospital clients by identifying opportunities and areas of excellence in the current state Patient Experience. You will be responsible for developing hypotheses and translating data into meaningful insights, as well as supporting the development and customization of Wellist’s Integrated Patient Experience Solution for each client.

 

Key Outcomes and Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with clients to define the current state of and full potential for Wellist programs
    • Work with the Experience Strategy and Design team and key client stakeholders to outline the best process to examine existing clinical workflows and patient experience
    • Research the client organization, conduct interviews, and share surveys for the hospital employees, executives, and clinical staff
    • Create hypotheses and execute analysis based on internal client data and Wellist's proprietary solutions data to translate data into meaningful insights
    • Leverage insights to define and implement tactics to enroll patients into the Wellist program
    • Help define, create and align the specific measurements of program success; continuously review and identify unique value drivers for clients and Wellist including patient satisfaction metrics, Wellist solution metrics, and cross-section views across relevant measures
    • Deliver actionable and measurable deployment plan to the Client Services team, with the support of the Experience Strategy and Design team
  • Build and deliver analytics and reporting for all accounts
    • Work closely with Client Services team to develop recurring dashboards for key client KPIs (to be delivered by the Client Services team)
    • Identify gaps in metrics and collection, and propose opportunities to strengthen ROI and value proposition for our clients
  • Collaborate with Client Services and other internal teams to support special projects or client needs
    • Work closely with executives to build operational metric reporting to support key performance indicators at the launch and continued expansion of clients
    • Review existing internal dashboard structure for areas for improvement and help establish ongoing metric tracking for the external and internal client teams
    • Collaborate with the Client Services team to address special projects or client needs
    • Help create, define, and report on certain internal analytic metrics to support on-going operational improvements and efficiencies in key business functions, such as our Resource Directory and Call Support organizations
  • Grows Wellist scope and impact by building lasting, referenceable relationships with clients and teammates
    • Delivers the highest possible quality of work; quickly builds rapport and trust with our clients
    • Supports client needs even after implementation phase, and is available for continued iteration and improvement
    • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide an over-arching analytical view of the Integrated Wellist Experience

 

REQUIREMENTS

Additional Considerations:

  • Based in Boston, MA, this role will require 30-70% travel across the country, depending on client needs. Currently, we have clients in Boston, Pittsburgh, Southern California and Nashville
  • A background in management consulting, especially with healthcare experience, is strongly preferred
