Position Title: CRM / Telephony Administrator

The product will sell directly to Fortune 500 CEOs and full risk populations, integrating layers of analytics, digital, concierge services, behavioral health, telemedicine, care management and wellness services to drive sustained engagement, lower costs and improve health.

Position Summary

As a member of the Information Technology product engineering services team, the mission for this position will be to serve as the primary point of contact for CRM & Telephony related initiatives.  This could include short term objectives (such as adding users) and long term initiatives (such as evolving features & functionality within the toolset), both will be key deliverables of this role. This individual will work with multiple facets of the company to understand end user requirements and their business case within the organization.  As a company, we are excited & prepared to invest in as-needed training for the proper candidate. 


Job Description

CRM aspects:

  • Coordinate object, layout and profile changes based on requirements
  • Responsible for deploying updates to Health Cloud
  • Responsible for testing deployments in appropriate environments and obtaining user approvals
  • Configuration and administration of Salesforce org for effective customer service in a call center environment
  • Responsible for making recommendations to internal customers based on Salesforce best practices
  • Responsible for administration of users, roles, permissions

Telephony aspects:

  • Familiarity with telephony solutions and the purpose they service within the organization
  • Acumen to learn and understand the Genesys framework - specifically for the PureCloud product
  • Build workflows & integrations within the platform
  • Partner with Professional Services in an “as-needed” fashion, working towards building knowledge in-house
  • Responsible for making recommendations to internal customers based on software best practices
  • Responsible for administration of users, roles, permissions

Qualifications and Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with departments outside of IT
  • Self-starter, organized & motivated to deliver
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Administrator experience of multiple software toolsets
  • Able to deploy config changes from sandbox to prod
  • Familiar with API integration patterns, to work with web services developers
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud preferred, but not required
  • Interested in learning & best leveraging new technologies within this space
  • Ability to work in a startup environment, including operating in a fast-paced and dynamic organization in which timelines and requirements may change rapidly.
