Welkin Health is looking for a talented Technical Support Representative who can help our customers thrive.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering happiness to every customer you interact with by answering their questions via phone and email (or by any means necessary)
  • Debugging customer issues, keeping ownership of cases until resolution while engaging other teams as needed
  • Improving our processes, systems, and customer interactions by initiating and driving projects to help our clients become even more successful with Welkin
  • Availability to be the point person for emergency issues that arrive during off hours

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience working in an customer support or related role
  • You thrive in high-uncertainty environments and be excited about playing a key role in refining our customer support strategy
  • You are genuine in your desire to help others and are the go-to person for your family and friends for all things technical
  • You must be charming, empathetic, and fantastic at written communication
  • Must be able to work out of our San Francisco, CA office

Bonus points

  • Prior startup experience
  • You are a self-starter and are continuously looking for ways to do things better.
  • Experience in Healthcare
