The Launch and Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the launch of new care programs. The Launch and Construction Manager is a member of the WelbeHealth leadership team and facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth
and with external stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Problem solve bottlenecks and project managing interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure
    program launches stay on track in high growth atmosphere.
  • Analyze real estate opportunities and prepare briefings and recommendations for
    executive leadership audiences.
  • Maintain and monitor new market launch budgets across multiple projects.
  •  Provide construction project management and services contracting and onboarding.
  •  Collaborate with all departments to assure coordination of effective meeting structure for
     driving decisions, actions and staff accountability.
  • Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information
    about team members, participants, and families.
  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality
    Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Healthcare related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
  • Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required. 
  • Minimum of three years’ of experience of experience in a new healthcare program and
    facility project management in a fast-paced high growth setting.
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment; healthcare preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate preferred.
  • Ability to travel within current proposed markets.
  • Passion for process – both the creation of process where it does not exist, and the
    improvement of existing processes that could be better.
  • Excellent consulting and analytical skills (easily able to provide synthesis and structure
    for large amounts of data and information, so that executive team can make informed
    decisions).
  • Advanced skills with project management software, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • (2) years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop
    team members.
  • Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors,
    their families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to
    prioritize and manage people and projects.
  • Highly motivated, inspirational leader who is able to innovatively engage, support and
    remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meet established goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and
    cultures.
  • Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors.
