Weiss Asset Management (WAM), a Boston-based investment firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our growing Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask and shift priorities as needed. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The Client Services Associate should feel confident in their ability to interact with investors and internal stakeholders.
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of Investor Relations (IR) as a generalist.
Serve as the point of contact with our fund administrator and other counterparties to provide information and answer requests that are presented.
Update recurring marketing and investor relations materials, including presentation material and reporting data.
Be the main contact for all investor-related transactions and reporting requests.
Assist with investor meeting management, documentation, and ad hoc inquiries.
Organize and facilitate investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) within the funds.
Provide up to date information to treasury, counterparty credit, compliance, and accounting for various ongoing and ad hoc requests.
Manage multiple internal systems for efficient documentation.
