This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and
drive our offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing
offline marketing events to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive
business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in
event management, sponsorship coordination, and partnership development.
Responsibilities:
● Plan, organize, and execute offline events such as community events, trade shows, and
conferences, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
● Be familiar with and identify with Weee! brand culture, and booster Asian food culture
brand awareness through offline events and co-marketing activities.
● Develop event timelines, manage event budgets, and ensure all deliverables are met on
time and within budget.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to prepare promotional materials.
● Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with
the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
● Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives.
● Track and measure the effectiveness of offline marketing and co-marketing activities,
providing regular reports and insights.
● Utilize analytics to assess ROI, CAC, ect, and make recommendations for future
improvements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline events, sponsorships, and
partnerships.
● Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and
managing sponsorships.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in online grocery or e-commerce platforms
● Bilingual: Chinese and English
● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media integration.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-90,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
