About the role

Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the company's Fleet and all associated assets. It is the coordinator's responsibility to make sure all vehicles are up-to safety standards and in good operational condition

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management to report any new damages or abuse of vehicles
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
  • Lead and support the Fleet Coordinators to ensure all Fleet related activities are done according to schedule
  • Responsible for all Fleet related reports and KPI's
  • Managing vehicle licensure and registration and ensuring compliance of the company with government regulations that have to do with the transportation industry
  • Timely fleet evaluations and maintenance plans to ensure reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
  • Assess operational needs and makes recommendations for optimal utilization of vehicle assets Cultivate long-term relationships with Fleet vendors
  • Work with different departments within the company to ensure all invoices are taken care of

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working with Fleet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to create partnerships and build consensus across different levels of an organization
  • Ability to Travel to different warehouses within the same region as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for long hours
  • Ability to work weekends if necessary, during peak season

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is up to $24-$28 an hour
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
