About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to be part of our Filipino market team. This role will be perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with and solving problems for the end customer. The successful candidate will own and manage the Weee! Filipino storefront on the app and website, as well as lifecycle channels, and communication with our customers. That being said, the candidate should be data-driven, creative, and quick on their feet.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Filipino storefront for our emerging regions. This would cover, and not limited to banners, landing pages, product selection, email, popups, etc..
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue
- Work with the whole team to come up with the content strategy for emerging regions for everyday executions and key events.
- Plan and execute weekly, seasonal, and promotional campaigns end-to-end, from customer cohort targeting, to reporting and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest media technologies and marketing trends in order to build a more effective content/ editorial event calendar
- Monitor campaigns, pages, and marketing initiatives closely to quickly pivot as needed.
- Analyze and report campaign performance to provide significant findings, and learnings, and put together actionable insights into leadership and improvements to tools and processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in any of the following: social, CRM, paid media, digital community marketing experience, and/or offline marketing experience
- self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented
- Native proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog is a must. Proficiency in English is required, as copywriting and communicating with the customer base will require a strong understanding of both languages
- Deep understanding of the Filipino and Filipino American community, including their taste palette, food trends, and culture
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics
- Proficiency with standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiar with Klaviyo email marketing tool

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,640 - $72,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
