About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced processes, drive efficiency improvements, and mentor junior team members. This role will collaborate with senior leaders, utilize data analysis for process enhancements, and manage multiple improvement projects to ensure seamless integration and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of advanced processes to meet complex and evolving operation needs, ensuring alignment with high-level corporate strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee the continuous evaluation and refinement of existing processes, driving significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and overall productivity. Identify and implement innovative solutions to address any challenges.
  • Partner with senior leaders across departments, including Operation, Product, Supply Chain, and Executive to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with strategic goals. Facilitate high-level communication and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to gather, interpret, and leverage process performance data. Develop strategic insights and provide high-level, data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Manage and execute multiple process continuous improvement and problem-solving projects simultaneously from conception through successful implementation, both independently and by leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, instilling best practices, process standards, and a culture of continuous improvement. Provide strategic guidance and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Conduct in-depth methods engineering analysis, including complex process design and time and motion studies. Lead and champion continual improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness at a strategic level.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, identifying high-level areas for improvement. Implement strategic corrective actions to ensure sustained process optimization and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Research and challenge industry standards to tailor the best practical solution for Weee!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field OR 5 years of experience in Industrial engineering, e-commerce, or grocery retail environment
  • 3+ Years Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Ability to understand Lean and Six Sigma concepts and interpret methodology results.
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills and personal drive in continuous process improvement and cost optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various departments.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of managing and delivering projects under pressure.
  • Knowledge of process modeling and simulation is a plus
  • Business travel needs 30% +

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional professional certifications or training: Six Sigma Black Belt/PMP.
  • Industry-specific experience: e-commerce experience, WMS system development experience.
  • Experience with specific software or tools: SQL, CAD.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $115,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
