Job Duties:

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on logistics performance, assisting in
onboarding new vendors, optimizing product selection, auditing;
• Item setup management in various systems and communicating product deliveries
status with Supply Chain, and Operations team
• Using multiple Tableau Dashboards and different metrics to analyze and
consolidate includes but is not limited to performances, sales data, inventory, allocation,
and revenue-related data
• Set up the workflow for the current process related to ERP system and introduce
and train the onboarding category specialist how to use ERP system for Logistics data
• Assist the Category Manager, Category Directors, and other cross-functional
teams on the implementation, maintenance, and launch of products across categories
• Accountable for the vendor management of on time deliveries and receiving
qualities
• The primary point of contact for UPC / Vendor Item Code changes and updates in
the Weee! ERP System for SKU management.
• Utilize ERP and BPM to resolve, including but not limited to receiving related
UPC discrepancies.


Job Requirements:

Job entails working with and requires master’s degree in supply chain,
Data Analytics, Information Systems or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year
professional experience in:


MATLAB, Python, MySQL, Advanced Excel, Jira, Agile Scrum, and Tableau.
AWS Cloud, Apache Spark, AutoCAD, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PTC Creo, R,
SolidWorks


Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Employer will accept a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite
fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position of Business analyst or related.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,976
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location

Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
